Why It Matters:
Discarded shrink wrap can harm our waterways and marine life. This program helps keep Cape Ann clean and beautiful — one wrap at a time.
Here’s How It Works:
✅ FREE – No cost to you!
✅ OPEN – Available to all Cape Ann boat owners during the month of May
