We took a ride north, as we often do to see what we might see. On this wonderful day, Jim found me 2 long eared owls resting within a bunch of bushes and small trees. One was very hard to see well but the other one was sitting there like he was waiting for me. They are really quite beautiful. I appreciate the helpful nature of birders as there was one helpful kind soul who helped us out quite a bit.
