I was on an evening trip on Cape Ann Whale Watch a couple of weeks ago and had the awesome opportunity to see humpbacks and dolphins swimming together not far from Rockport harbor and just north of Thacher’s Island.

As you may know, I like to celebrate Mondays with a margarita but last week we found ourselves at Seaport Grille on Rogers Street on Monday. There was a special cocktail available: Strawberry Coconut Mojito. And, just like that, we were celebrating Mojito Monday instead of Margarita Monday! It was a fair trade off! Jim had the eggplant panini and I had my favorite there: filet with béarnaise sauce. My steak was done to perfection and Jim cleaned his plate. I finished the meal with another favorite: Seaport Coffee. We very much enjoyed our new Mojito Monday.

Come join us as we celebrate great American composer, Leonard Bernstein and lyricist Stephen Sondheim. Great songs and lyrics that still apply to issues of today. Unusual rythyms and contemporary takes on the original score.
New time for Thursday Nia Class-10 am. And new class addition, Moving to Heal at 11:15 am. Moving to Heal Nia is a slower, less intensive class with less standing and more done in the chair. Great for people with injuries or conditions that make it hard to participate in a classic Nia class. Also good for people getting back into exercise. For more info on Moving to Heal, see the info and videos on my web site or click here
For Restorative Yoga, find some cushions, large books, yoga blocks, blankets, whatever you can use instead of bolsters and blocks. We make it work. For more information on Restorative yoga, check out my site,
