That this right of way to the harbor was dedicated to the citizens of Rocky Neck by Zachariah Stevens in 1832? Zachariah Stevens, (1763-1846), enlisted at fifteen and served as a private and a seaman. He was born at Andover and died at Gloucester, where he was a pensioner.
