On the Cape Ann Profiles host Rich Sagall interviews Fred Cowan on volunteerism and the rewards of being a volunteer. Fred donates his time to many local, regional and national nonprofits including the Gloucester Board of Health, the Council on Aging, The Open Door, AIDS Action Committee Hotline, NeedyMeds, plus many others.
