Here’s my mom’s chicken spedini. Inside the rolled up and breaded chicken is cheese ,red pepper, onion and some other things. They rock.

Hey Joe,
The chicken is stuffed with onion, tomato, cheese and butter. I still am amazed at how interested LuLu is in cooking. She was so good at adding just the right amount of butter and cheese.
