Tomorrow, October 23rd, the City of Gloucester will be opening a 30-day public review period for the revised aggregation plan for Gloucester Community Electricity Aggregation, the City’s official electricity supply program, which has been active since December 2018. This does not change the existing rates of the program; just how it is administered. Rates are locked until December 2027.
Residents are encouraged to review the revised plan and share their feedback during the public comment period. Residents can provide written comments through the comment form on the website, or by email to support_ma@goodenergy.com subject line “Gloucester Plan Comments.” Both the revised plan and the current plan are available on the program website at Gloucester-CEA.com.
