Paul George Returns to Rocky Neck

Artist, Paul George has returned to Rocky Neck.  He and Kate Morse are now located at 77 Rocky Neck Ave. in the galleries previously occupied by Bernie Gerstner and most recently, Alma McLaughlin.  This photo is of Paul sketching a painting of Alma, which I am looking forward to seeing.

Paul George was born in Cambridge and studied at the MFA School in Boston. He is a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, and is also an active member of the New England Watercolor Society, Cape Cod AA, North Shore AA and former Vice President of the Rockport Art Association. Paul also won the Winsor & Newton Award for Excellence in Watercolor at the national Watercolor Society. He has won many awards including the Gold Medal from the New England Watercolor Society. His work is in collections throughout the United States and Europe.

Stop by and check out Paul’s and Kate’s work.  They are both excellent painters.

    1. He left Rocky Neck a couple of years ago. I don’t know that an artist every really retires, as long as he or she can still paint; but he is no longer operating a gallery.
